Our story

It all started with a unique solution to our own problem.

In the fall of 2020 during the COVID-19 global pandemic, founder Miriam Alden and the team at Brunette The Label fought to keep their business running. Limited to lockdowns and social distancing, Miriam and her team promoted the opportunity to book virtual shopping appointments on video conferencing platforms. They increased sales & most importantly connected with their customers in a meaningful way. We then built a software tool for this, called Outfit.

As we built out the team and technology, we recognized that our software could be applied across a variety of industries, looking for new ways to connect with potential customers in the digital age. The plans began to form and Open Daily Technologies was born.

Our Mission

Be open to all people, ideas, and possibilities of exchanging value.

Core Values

Innovation Through Technology

From small business to sales staff, technology can innovate the way we connect and sell. This can be the difference in opening the doors for new possibilities for people and brands to grow. We are open to listening and building out these new platforms as retail adapts.

We believe that when people are open, they can dream up new ways of selling and connecting, which we can continue to build upon as we grow. Because of this potential, we are committed to providing the latest and greatest tools to promote innovative online and offline social sales experiences.

Purpose Driven

Everything we do at OPEN DAILY is driven by a clear understanding of our goals and a strong desire to achieve them.

Our team is focused and passionate about the intersection of technology and retail. We are guided by a management team and board of directors with a proven track record of managing growth and integrating strategic acquisitions.

Our purpose is what motivates us to be open to success.

Empowerment

We at Open Daily support our customers, partners, and employees because we believe the best innovation occurs when people are happy and open minded.

We aim to empower brands, customers, and sales staff to connect and exchange value in new ways.

We exist to provide the tools for success, so people can be open for growth and new possibilities.

Social Responsibility

Open Daily functions on a “five-fold bottom line” principle. We believe that financial statistics are not the only measure of performance. In fact, we track our key performance metrics in the following five areas:

People

Community

Environment

Innovation

Financial

These five areas demonstrate our commitment to both economic success and to creating an open, inclusive, and supportive company that is aware of its impact on the planet and the people that live in it.
