It started as a simple solution to a problem.
In the fall of 2020 during the COVID-19 global pandemic, founder Miriam Alden and the team at Brunette The Label fought to keep their business running. Limited to lockdowns and social distancing, Miriam and her team promoted the opportunity to book virtual shopping appointments, on video conferencing platforms.In the first hour, they booked over 80 appointments & had over 400 people on the waiting list.
They sold $80,000 in their first day. They increased sales & most importantly connected with their customers in a meaningful way. Since then the team has hosted over 350 virtual shopping appointments. We then built a software tool for this, called Outfit.
As we built out the team and technology, we recognized that our software could be applied across a variety of industries, looking for new ways to connect with potential customers in the digital age. The plans began to form and Open Daily Technologies was born.
