In the fall of 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, founder Miriam Alden and the team at Brunette The Label adapted to unprecedented challenges, using virtual shopping appointments to stay connected with customers. Through this experience, we expanded Outfit Virtual Shopping, creating a deeper, more interactive shopping experience.
As we worked closely with customers and businesses, we realized companies needed more than just sales tools—they needed stronger customer support.
Today, we continue to innovate, providing AI-driven solutions that empower brands to connect with customers and refine their operations like never before. This has led to the development of Outfit Voice AI, an advanced assistant that enhances engagement, sales, and service with personalized interactions trained from expert sales staff
